Role summary
Regeneron seeks a Senior Manager, Clinical Scientist to lead clinical study design, execution, and interpretation for rare hematologic and immunologic disease programs. This role involves cross-functional collaboration with Medical Directors and clinical teams to advance early- and late-stage development while ensuring regulatory compliance and patient safety.
What they're looking for
- Bachelor's degree required; advanced degree (PhD, MD, PharmD, MSc) preferred
- 8+ years of pharmaceutical clinical drug development experience
- Experience with rare hematologic conditions and/or immunologic diseases preferred
- Demonstrated knowledge of GCP, clinical study design, and research methodology
- Proven track record driving clinical trial process improvements
- Strong scientific and analytical skills for complex clinical development challenges
What you'll be doing
- Lead clinical study design, execution, and data interpretation across full development programs
- Partner with Medical Directors and cross-functional teams to shape study strategy and scientific direction
- Author and review clinical documents including protocols, amendments, and study reports
- Drive medical and safety data review to protect patient safety throughout trial lifecycle
- Mentor junior team members and represent Clinical Sciences in advisory boards and safety meetings
