What you'll be doing

Lead day-to-day management of centralized Clinical Data Reviewers and Medical Narrative Reviewers team
Translate study assignments into resource prioritization plans and monitor delivery against objectives
Perform clinical data review and medical narrative review to support coverage gaps and quality issues
Establish and report key performance indicators and ensure SOP and data handling compliance
Lead onboarding, training activities, and reviewer readiness assessments with partner teams
