Role summary
AstraZeneca seeks a Senior Manager for its Cell Therapy Hub to oversee patient operations and clinical-commercial production across multiple sites. - Identify, escalate, and resolve patient-related operational issues with cross-functional team coordination
- Develop and maintain standard operating procedures, training materials, and operational documentation
- Partner with Quality, Manufacturing, and Supply Chain on product-related issues and regulatory communications
- Drive continuous improvement initiatives and support implementation of process changes across treatment sites
