Role summary

Amgen seeks a Senior Manager to lead end-to-end delivery of agentic AI solutions supporting commercial and business functions. Experience translating business requirements into technical delivery objectives

What you'll be doing

Execute delivery plans for Agentic AI use cases aligned with program priorities and timelines
Own end-to-end solution execution from design through deployment, testing, and rollout
Coordinate with GCCI, Commercial Insights, AI&D, and technical teams to scope and validate AI solutions
Manage training, enablement, and adoption tracking to drive business user proficiency
Track delivery health, risks, and value realization metrics through stakeholder communication
