- Proficiency with Excel, Word, CAD or Solid Works, and ERP/CMMS systems
- Knowledge of 5S/6S and Lean Manufacturing; safety practices and Hazwoper training
What you'll be doing
- Lead and oversee maintenance team during projects, equipment rollouts, and facility initiatives
- Perform emergency repairs and troubleshooting on production equipment to minimize downtime
- Execute preventive maintenance programs and conduct equipment calibrations
- Diagnose and repair mechanical, electrical, pneumatic, hydraulic, plumbing, and control systems
- Schedule repairs and maintenance projects to adhere to manufacturing schedule and manage external contractors
