- Proficiency with CMMS, EMS, and basic PLC/HMI interfaces
- Demonstrated root cause analysis and reliability improvement capabilities
- Ability to lift 50 lbs, work at heights, and respond to on-call maintenance requests
What you'll be doing
- Execute preventive, predictive, and corrective maintenance on cell therapy process equipment with GMP documentation
- Perform maintenance in ISO-classified cleanroom environments while maintaining validated state and aseptic controls
- Conduct equipment troubleshooting and root cause analysis using cGMP investigation and analytical tools
- Support equipment qualification, requalification, and change control activities with Engineering and Validation teams
- Identify and implement reliability improvements such as predictive monitoring and process optimization initiatives
