Role summary

Cytiva seeks an experienced maintenance technician for on-site work at their Marlborough headquarters, troubleshooting and maintaining critical building utility systems supporting laboratory operations. The role involves preventive/corrective maintenance, vendor supervision, and documentation using computerized systems.

What they're looking for

High School Diploma or GED
Massachusetts Licensed Electrician or Refrigeration Technician
Minimum 5 years maintenance technician or skilled trade experience
Extensive knowledge in at least two areas: electrical, automation/controls, calibrations, plumbing, wastewater, HVAC-R, boilers, or water systems
Ability to troubleshoot complex equipment with minimal supervision
Preferred: MA wastewater treatment operator license
Preferred: lab environment experience or CMMS/Infor EAM familiarity

What you'll be doing

Troubleshoot, repair, and perform preventive and corrective maintenance on complex utility equipment systems
Operate and monitor building utility systems supporting lab operations and equipment maintenance
Document all work activities in the computerized maintenance management system
Schedule and supervise external service vendors performing on-site maintenance activities

Compensation$44-48 hourly, plus eligible bonus/incentive pay
