Role summary

- Proficiency with precision measuring equipment and inspection tools
- Knowledge of quality management systems and regulated manufacturing processes
- Familiarity with GD&T, SPC, or Lean Six Sigma methodologies (preferred)
What you'll be doing
- Lead and oversee inspection activities for in-process and finished products ensuring regulatory compliance
- Direct, develop, and evaluate inspection team members to achieve quality and productivity objectives
- Schedule inspections to support manufacturing requirements and minimize turnaround times
- Review inspection results and make disposition decisions on nonconforming products
- Monitor quality metrics, support statistical process control, and drive process improvements
