Project Management Professional (PMP) certification preferred

What you'll be doing

Lead and pilot large-scale industrial process improvement and transformation projects end-to-end
Serve as technical expert and subject matter specialist for critical manufacturing processes
Define and implement process validation strategies aligned with regulatory requirements
Manage and update process documentation (SOPs, work instructions, control plans) for compliance
Mentor technical teams and foster continuous improvement culture across the organization
