- Support customers through technology evaluations, assay planning, and implementation strategies
- Build relationships with laboratory directors, pathologists, geneticists, and clinical decision-makers
- Deliver technical workshops and seminars to internal teams and customers on product applications and market trends
- Collaborate across internal departments to resolve technical barriers and improve customer adoption success
