Role summary
Senior Financial Analyst supporting Integra LifeSciences' international operations across EMEA, CALA, APAC and China. Leads financial consolidation, forecasting, and analysis for regional business units while strengthening data quality and process standardization across the FP&A function.
What they're looking for
- Master's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or related field; MBA preferred
- 5–8 years progressive FP&A, business controlling, or comparable finance experience
- Advanced Excel and financial modeling skills including Power Query and scenario analysis
- Hands-on experience with consolidation platforms like OneStream, Hyperion, or SAP
- Proficiency in Power BI or equivalent business intelligence tools
- Deep understanding of P&L mechanics, margin analysis, FX effects, and standard costing
- Strong written and verbal English communication; multilingual skills advantageous
What you'll be doing
- Coordinate and consolidate international forecast cycles, annual operating plans and long-range forecasts across all regions
- Drive monthly and quarterly close for international revenue and P&L with variance analysis and driver identification
- Produce price, volume and mix analysis and explain margin movements by region and product line
- Develop and maintain Power BI dashboards and self-service analytics for international stakeholders
- Identify and implement automation and standardization opportunities across recurring reporting and forecasting workflows
