- Minimum 2 years conducting audits, inspections, investigations, or regulatory compliance activities
- Working knowledge of federal, state, and local environmental, health, and safety regulations
- Experience delivering or administering workplace safety and compliance training programs
- Professional certification (CSP, ASP, or equivalent) preferred
What you'll be doing
- Implement and maintain EH&S procedures, work instructions, and compliance programs across manufacturing operations
- Conduct audits, inspections, and incident investigations; document findings and track corrective action resolution
- Develop and deliver required EH&S training including emergency response and hazardous material handling
- Identify and mitigate EH&S risks in new and existing manufacturing processes
- Coordinate safety committees and report compliance metrics and incident data to management
