Role summary

Lead value stream mapping workshops and kaizen events to identify improvement opportunities
Design and implement process improvements that enhance productivity and reduce waste
Monitor lean metrics including lead time, changeover time, and inventory levels
Coach and influence cross-functional teams on lean concepts and methodology
Partner with finance to quantify and document cost reductions from improvement initiatives
