What you'll be doing

Monitor and maintain EnterpriseOne system performance, reliability, and integrity on AWS infrastructure
Manage JDE environment upgrades, patches, deployments, and multi-foundation configurations
Administer user access, security profiles, and coordinate with audit and compliance teams
Develop automation and AI-driven solutions to improve operational efficiency and reduce costs
Provide Level 2/3 global support with 24/7 on-call rotating coverage for incident response
