- Develop district strategy aligned to enterprise and regional priorities with measurable outcomes
- Lead and hire high-performing sales team with performance management and development planning
- Drive neuroscience portfolio performance through customer-focused execution and clinical effectiveness
- Build customer and stakeholder relationships while partnering cross-functionally with Medical Affairs and Marketing
- Provide coaching and mentoring to strengthen selling effectiveness and business acumen across team
