Role summary
Senior Director leading payor contracting and integration for newly acquired or affiliated medical practices. Responsible for negotiating managed care agreements, ensuring network readiness, and managing operational transition support during the critical 90–180 days post-acquisition.

- Bachelor's degree
- 5+ years payor contracting, managed care, or provider network management experience
- Direct experience negotiating commercial, Medicare Advantage, Medicaid MCO contracts
- Strong contract negotiation and fee schedule analysis capabilities
- Demonstrated cross-functional project management ability
- Experience supporting multi-site healthcare practice acquisitions preferred
What you'll be doing
- Determine and execute appropriate contracting strategy for each acquisition (tuck-in, pillar, or de novo)
- Lead negotiation of new and amended payor agreements targeting favorable rates and terms
- Analyze existing fee schedules and identify renegotiation opportunities and risk exposure
- Own payor-related integration workstream including pre-close assessment, day-one readiness, and post-close reconciliation
- Serve as primary contact between acquired practices and internal teams on payor matters
