Role summary

Danaher seeks a Senior Director of Operations for its Pall Corporation facility in Cortland, New York. Drive site performance using Danaher Business System tools to meet safety, quality, delivery, and productivity objectives
Lead cross-functional management team spanning production, planning, procurement, engineering, EHS, facilities, and continuous improvement
Establish realistic delivery expectations and negotiate priorities across internal and external business leaders
Develop organizational capability and allocate resources to support semiconductor and highly regulated industry demands
Coach leadership team and partners on lean and continuous improvement methodologies to enhance manufacturability and cost efficiency
