Role summary
Senior Director of HR for Front Line Care business unit at Baxter, responsible for developing and executing human resources strategy aligned with business growth, innovation, and quality objectives. What you'll be doing
- Develop and execute multi-year HR strategy for Front Line Care tied to revenue, innovation, quality and margin goals
- Serve as strategic advisor to President and leadership team on organizational design, workforce planning, talent development and change management
- Lead organization design across complex multi-site, matrixed footprint spanning R&D, manufacturing, quality, commercial and service functions
- Own talent agenda including talent reviews, succession planning for critical roles, and capability building in scarce skill areas
- Drive performance management, career pathing and retention strategies; design and lead restructuring initiatives as required
