What you'll be doing

Develop global brand strategy, launch plan, and go-to-market model including positioning and promotional approach
Build global commercial capabilities, customer journeys, and treatment delivery models to support launch readiness
Partner across medical, regulatory, market access, and manufacturing teams to align development and commercialization plans
Translate global strategy into regional implementation plans and serve as commercial subject matter expert to markets
Monitor launch readiness KPIs, track performance, and manage global brand budget and agency partnerships
