Role summary

Experience partnering with enterprise learning organizations on training strategy design and measurement
Pharmaceutical, biotechnology, medical device, or highly regulated industry background strongly preferred
Compliance certification preferred (CCEP or CCEP-I)

What you'll be doing

Establish strategy, governance, and operating model for compliance policy, education, communications, and enterprise policy administration globally
Lead development, review, approval, and implementation of compliance policies, procedures, and guidance across the organization
Develop and execute global compliance education, communications, and culture strategy aligned to enterprise risks and regulatory requirements
Oversee compliance learning programs and serve as primary relationship owner between Compliance & Ethics and Enterprise Learning
Lead and develop high-performing team responsible for policy governance, training administration, document control, and related activities
