Role summary

Bristol Myers Squibb seeks a Senior Director to lead global compliance policy governance, education strategy, and enterprise policy administration.   • Bachelor's degree required; advanced degree preferred (JD, MBA, MPH, or equivalent)
  • 10–12 years progressive experience in compliance, ethics, legal, regulatory affairs, or related function
  • Demonstrated people leadership experience managing teams and matrixed stakeholders
  • Experience designing, operating, or enhancing compliance programs and global policy frameworks
  • Experience partnering with enterprise learning organizations on training strategy design and measurement
  • Pharmaceutical, biotechnology, medical device, or highly regulated industry background strongly preferred
  • Compliance certification preferred (CCEP or CCEP-I)

What you'll be doing

  • Establish strategy, governance, and operating model for compliance policy, education, communications, and enterprise policy administration globally
  • Lead development, review, approval, and implementation of compliance policies, procedures, and guidance across the organization
  • Develop and execute global compliance education, communications, and culture strategy aligned to enterprise risks and regulatory requirements
  • Oversee compliance learning programs and serve as primary relationship owner between Compliance & Ethics and Enterprise Learning
  • Lead and develop high-performing team responsible for policy governance, training administration, document control, and related activities
