Role summary
Amgen seeks an experienced employment lawyer to advise on complex labor and employment matters across Europe, Latin America, the Middle East, and Canada, with primary focus on European jurisdictions. The Senior Counsel will manage litigation, provide strategic guidance to HR and business leaders, and coordinate with local counsel on cross-border employment issues. Candidates must be qualified to practice in the UK and/or Ireland with substantial multinational or law firm experience.

- Partner with regional HR to identify and mitigate employment-related legal risks in cross-country initiatives
- Collaborate with Law Department colleagues on practical, business-focused legal solutions
