- Advanced Microsoft Excel skills and strong cross-functional collaboration ability
- Interest in process improvement through automation and AI
What you'll be doing
- Own month-end close activities for three manufacturing sites including journals, accruals, and variance analysis
- Manage standard costing processes and annual cost update cycles with business partners
- Investigate and explain manufacturing variances to identify cost-improvement opportunities
- Support inventory valuation, reconciliations, and cycle count programs
- Partner cross-functionally to identify savings initiatives and strengthen operational processes
