- Analyze contract terms, conditions, and obligations to identify risks and improvement opportunities
- Guide project teams on contract interpretation, compliance matters, and contractual rights and obligations
- Maintain organized contract records and track key milestones, deliverables, and deadlines
- Develop and implement contract management processes and best practices to optimize efficiency and mitigate risks
