Bio-Techne seeks a Senior Continuous Improvement Engineer for its Hematology division in Minneapolis to lead process excellence initiatives, drive operational efficiency, and champion Lean and Six Sigma methodologies across manufacturing operations.

What you'll be doing

  • Lead high-impact continuous improvement initiatives and develop long-term strategies for operational efficiency and scalability
  • Manage Visual Factory systems, conduct Gemba walks, and identify process improvement opportunities in hematology reagents manufacturing
  • Identify, prioritize, and support cost improvement initiatives to reduce waste and optimize resource utilization
  • Support and lead manufacturing automation projects, evaluate automation opportunities, and develop business cases for productivity improvements
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams (QA, Engineering, Maintenance, Supply Chain) to implement improvements and monitor KPIs
