Role summary

- University degree in Life Sciences, Healthcare, Business, Statistics, Economics, or Psychology
- 4-6 years of primary market research or healthcare consulting experience
- Demonstrated project management of end-to-end market research in pharmaceutical or biotechnology sectors
- Strong analytical capabilities with quantitative and qualitative research interpretation skills
- Experience managing international and multi-country studies preferred
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft PowerPoint and Excel
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English
What you'll be doing
- Lead design and execution of primary and integrated market research projects across therapeutic areas
- Define research methodologies, sample design, questionnaires, and analytical frameworks for client projects
- Manage project delivery including scope, quality, timelines, budgets, and risk mitigation
- Serve as primary client contact, conduct project meetings, and ensure stakeholder communication throughout lifecycle
- Coordinate multidisciplinary teams including fieldwork, analytics, and data science specialists
