Role summary
ICON is seeking a Senior Clinical Trial Manager for a sponsor-dedicated hematology/oncology role managing site operations and trial lifecycles. This home-based position serves as the primary operational liaison between clinical sites and internal teams, ensuring compliance, recruitment targets, and data quality throughout trial execution.

What you'll be doing
- Serve as primary contact and communication hub between assigned trial sites and sponsor teams throughout trial lifecycle
- Participate in site selection and qualification, ensuring appropriate site feasibility and follow-up documentation
- Monitor recruitment progress, data quality, and budget adherence; develop local procedures and contingency plans as needed
- Drive study compliance by maintaining trial management systems, identifying deviations, and implementing corrective actions
- Manage investigator engagement, vendor relationships, supply logistics, and ensure timely adverse event reporting and regulatory approvals
