Identify, select, and activate clinical trial sites according to project timelines and requirements
Conduct Site Qualification Visits to assess site eligibility for clinical studies
Coordinate collection of regulatory approvals, contracts, and essential documentation for site activation
Serve as primary contact for sites, study teams, and stakeholders throughout start-up process
Monitor and report on key performance indicators related to site selection and start-up timelines
