Amgen seeks a senior biopharmaceutical representative to manage an innovative portfolio in rare diseases, ophthalmology, and neurology across French-speaking Switzerland and Bern.   • Strong communication skills, relationship-building capability, and client engagement orientation
  • High autonomy, initiative, agility, and learning capacity with adaptability to new methods
  • Advanced French and English proficiency (spoken and written); good German knowledge
  • Valid driver's license and availability for travel within assigned territory

What you'll be doing

  • Manage client relationships across hospital and ambulatory settings using personal and digital channels
  • Develop and implement targeted account and interaction plans based on client, market, and performance insights
  • Plan and execute client activities, events, and regional initiatives while measuring impact
  • Communicate complex scientific and product-specific content in clear, relevant, and audience-appropriate ways
  • Collaborate closely with sales colleagues and cross-functional teams to contribute field insights and support strategy development
