- Prototype and evaluate novel NGS algorithms for clinical oncology applications including minimal residual disease
- Analyze sequencing data at read level to identify algorithmic improvement opportunities
- Design and execute experiments partnering with internal and external research and development teams
- Provide technical guidance and subject matter expertise to internal stakeholders and external partners
CompensationGBP 44,000-66,000 base
