What they're looking for
- Master's degree in computer science or engineering with 1-3 years experience, or Bachelor's with 3-5 years, or Diploma with 8+ years
- Certified Scrum Master, SAFe Scrum Master, or equivalent (mandatory)
- Strong understanding of Agile methodologies, Scrum, and Scaled Agile Framework
- Proficiency with Jira, Confluence, and Jira Align
- Knowledge of Software Development Lifecycle and DevOps/Test Automation processes
- Excellent problem-solving and communication skills for cross-functional collaboration
- Ability to work 11:00-20:00 hours to support North America team
What you'll be doing
- Facilitate Agile events and ensure team adherence to Scrum practices and behaviors
- Support sprint planning, execution, and delivery of features and data integrations with product managers and technical teams
- Develop product backlog into actionable plan with clear milestones, dependencies, and change management
- Communicate product status, metrics, and progress to stakeholders, partners, and executive leadership
- Build relationships with upstream and downstream teams to align business and customer needs with deliverables
