Experience with flow cytometry, cell sorting cytometers, and FlowJo analysis software
Hands-on molecular biology expertise: DNA/RNA extraction, PCR, RT-PCR, cloning, gel electrophoresis, SDS-PAGE, western blot, ELISA
Strong organizational skills, self-motivation, attention to detail, and collaborative communication abilities
Experience with benchtop or single-use bioreactors (batch, fed-batch) preferred
NGS sequencing platform knowledge preferred

What you'll be doing

Optimize cell line development workflows to enhance protein expression, productivity, and biological robustness
Execute fermentation studies and characterize key performance indicators including cell fitness, yield, and protein quality
Perform data analysis to establish quantitative correlations between process parameters and protein output metrics
Present experimental findings and strategic conclusions at cross-functional meetings and prepare technical reports
Maintain Electronic Laboratory Notebook records and contribute to technical publications while ensuring regulatory compliance
