- Partner with HR, UX/UI, and ServiceNow teams to enhance portal usability and user experience
- Manage HR knowledge content including articles, FAQs, and governance processes in ServiceNow
- Develop dashboards and performance reports tracking portal metrics and service outcomes
- Support incident resolution and change management activities including regression testing for releases
