Role summary
Amgen is seeking a Senior Associate Manufacturing to develop and deliver technical training and Human and Organizational Performance initiatives at its North Carolina biologics drug substance manufacturing facility. The role involves designing training programs, conducting job task analyses, supporting manufacturing investigations, and maintaining compliance across 24/7 operations. This individual contributor will serve as the learning management system expert and collaborate across the site to enhance operational readiness and efficiency.

- Master's degree, or Bachelor's plus 6 months manufacturing/operations experience
- 5+ years biotech/pharmaceutical manufacturing, process development, or quality assurance experience
- Training development and facilitation experience
- SOP writing and technical writing skills
- Learning Management System proficiency
- Quality Management Systems experience for investigations and CAPAs

- Develop and execute manufacturing training strategy ensuring operational readiness
- Deliver training expertise for cell culture, purification, and manufacturing services areas
