Role summary
Senior Associate supporting Global Learning & Performance at Amgen, responsible for learning operations, reporting, program coordination, and continuous improvement across leadership development and launch-readiness initiatives. What you'll be doing
- Manage learning operations including platform administration, training assignments, content maintenance, and completion tracking
- Develop and maintain dashboards and reports monitoring training metrics, adoption, compliance, and program effectiveness
- Coordinate operational support for global learning initiatives spanning leadership development and launch-readiness programs
- Identify process gaps and recommend improvements to strengthen learning operations and governance practices
- Support adoption of technology-enabled ways of working and knowledge-management improvements
