Role summary
Amgen seeks a Senior Associate to administer global stock plans and equity compensation programs across multiple countries. What you'll be doing
- Administer day-to-day global stock plans for employees across multiple countries and ensure accurate transaction processing
- Serve as primary contact for employee questions on stock plan grants, vesting schedules, and tax implications
- Maintain data integrity in equity management systems and reconcile awards including vesting, exercises, and forfeitures
- Prepare regular reports on plan participation and execute audit and SOX compliance control activities
- Collaborate with third-party administrators, HR, Payroll, Finance, and Tax teams to ensure regulatory compliance
