Role summary
Abbott Cancer Diagnostics seeks a Senior Application Analyst to design, configure, and support business systems serving cancer detection and treatment initiatives. - Epic software certification obtainable within 8 weeks of hire

- Ability to mentor peers and lead process improvements
What you'll be doing
- Estimate enhancements and support requests; guide workflow design and system configuration
- Troubleshoot application issues and provide end-user support through tracking systems
- Liaison between business stakeholders and software vendors to align system delivery with business needs
- Mentor junior analysts and delegate configuration activities; act as incident resolution delegate
- Participate in training, identify workflow improvements, and lead internal process documentation
