Role summary

Abbott Cancer Diagnostics seeks a Screening Solutions Specialist to drive Cologuard product growth in medical practices across McAlester, OK and surrounding areas. This field-based role focuses on establishing colorectal cancer screening importance, building healthcare provider relationships, and delivering diagnostic solutions to improve patient outcomes.

Bachelor's degree in sales, business management, marketing, science, or related field; or 4 years relevant experience
2+ years sales, inside sales, or account management experience; or 1+ years sales plus 1+ years healthcare experience; or active-duty military service as Junior Officer or above
Valid driver's license with no suspensions, revocations, or invalid status
No more than two moving violations, events, or accidents in last 36 months
No alcohol or drug-related driving events in last 36 months
Strong verbal and written communication with questioning and listening skills
Excellent presentation, interpersonal, time management, and organizational abilities

What you'll be doing

Drive Cologuard product growth and sales goals within assigned territory
Build and maintain relationships with healthcare providers and stakeholders to identify system needs and opportunities
Develop and implement business and account plans to increase product visibility and maximize sales growth
Educate and enable physicians about Exact Sciences products and value propositions using clinical evidence
Analyze treatment journeys and market data using CRM, Excel, and Tableau to inform account strategies
