What you'll be doing

Develop and optimize hybrid LC-MS/MS and LC-HRMS methods for protein and peptide quantitation
Support bioanalysis of samples from preclinical pharmacokinetic and toxicokinetic studies
Perform immunoprecipitation, protein digestion, and surrogate peptide quantitation workflows
Conduct intact protein analysis, peptide mapping, and bottom-up mass spectrometry analysis
Document results, analyze data, and contribute to method improvements and biotransformation assessments
