Role summary
Sales Support Representative position providing order management and customer support for medical account managers across multiple regions. Responsibilities include order entry, scheduling, customer communication, and coordination with internal teams to ensure timely delivery of capital equipment.

What you'll be doing
- Process capital orders, manage scheduling, and coordinate delivery from conversion to customer receipt
- Support 2-3 sales regions with order entry, expedites, temp requests, and warranty replacements
- Communicate with sales representatives, managers, and cross-functional teams regarding order status and delivery dates
- Maintain accurate records and follow standardized order entry processes ensuring 100% accuracy
- Answer incoming calls and emails from account managers and troubleshoot order-related inquiries
Compensation$21.58 - $29.20 USD Hourly
