Role summary

Field-based specialty sales role focused on growing Pfizer's hemophilia portfolio through strategic relationships with Hemophilia Treatment Centers, hematologists, and care teams. Responsible for driving customer engagement, disease education, and patient access support across assigned Tennessee and Alabama territories.

Valid US driver's license compliant with company standards; no DUI/DWI within past 7 years
Ability to reside within workable distance of assigned territory and travel to all accounts
Preferred: 3-5 years specialty sales experience, ideally in hemophilia or rare disease
Understanding of complex disease states, biologics, and specialty reimbursement processes
Digital engagement proficiency and comfort with hybrid selling models

What you'll be doing

Drive in-person customer engagement and sales performance across Hemophilia Treatment Centers and hematology accounts
Build compliant relationships with hematologists, multidisciplinary care teams, and key opinion leaders
Deliver approved promotional and disease-state messaging supporting appropriate hemophilia product use
Support patient access by navigating prior authorization, reimbursement, and co-pay resources
Collaborate cross-functionally to remove access barriers and advance hemophilia business objectives
