Role summary
Pfizer seeks a field-based specialty sales professional to drive hemophilia portfolio growth through strategic relationships with treatment centers, hematologists, and care teams. What they're looking for
- Bachelor's degree or associate's degree with 8+ years experience or high school diploma with 10+ years experience
- Minimum 3 years pharmaceutical, biotech, medical device sales, marketing, or aligned healthcare experience
- Valid US driver's license with clean driving record; no DUI/DWI within past 7 years
- Ability to travel within assigned territory and reside within workable distance of accounts
- Preferred: 3-5 years specialty sales experience, ideally in hemophilia
- Preferred: Knowledge of complex disease states, biologics, and specialty reimbursement
- Preferred: Digital engagement tools proficiency and hybrid selling model experience
What you'll be doing
- Execute in-person customer engagement across hemophilia treatment centers and hematologist accounts
- Build compliant relationships with multidisciplinary care teams and key opinion leaders
- Deliver approved promotional and disease-state messaging supporting appropriate product use
- Support patient access by navigating prior authorization, reimbursement, and co-pay resources
- Collaborate cross-functionally to address customer needs and advance business objectives
