Role summary
Field-based sales position selling neurosurgical products across Western Massachusetts territory. The role involves direct engagement with surgeons and hospital teams to promote innovative medical technologies, provide procedural support, and drive territory growth.

- Valid driver's license with capability to travel throughout assigned territory

What you'll be doing
- Promote and sell neurosurgical products across assigned territory while meeting sales goals
- Support product evaluations, surgical procedures, and clinical demonstrations in operating rooms
- Educate healthcare professionals on product applications, clinical data, and economic value
- Build and maintain relationships with hospitals, health systems, surgeons, and clinical stakeholders
- Identify new business and account expansion opportunities; coordinate territory growth initiatives
