What you'll be doing

- Conduct product demonstrations and clinical value discussions with surgeons, OR staff, and hospital leadership
- Deliver hands-on training and in-services to educate clinical personnel on product use and safety
- Support customers before, during, and after surgical procedures; troubleshoot product issues and address inquiries
- Analyze sales and market data to develop territory strategy and forecast volume potential
Compensation100% commission plus uncapped bonus plan; target earnings $100,000+ with 10% bonus
