What you'll be doing

Develop Surgical Technologies business across Lombardia by identifying new customers and expanding existing hospital accounts
Build and execute quarterly and annual territory plans to drive sustainable sales growth and market penetration
Engage with surgeons, operating room teams, biomedical engineers, procurement teams, and hospital administrators throughout sales process
Deliver product presentations, operating room demonstrations, evaluations, and customer training to support solution adoption
Manage full commercial sales cycle including opportunity development, pricing, contracts, tenders, forecasting, and follow-up

Compensation€45,500–€75,800 EUR annual base
