Role summary
Field-based sales representative for Stryker's joint replacement division covering Bristol and surrounding areas. The role involves building relationships with surgeons and healthcare providers, meeting sales targets, and becoming a product expert in orthopaedic solutions.

What you'll be doing
- Exceed sales targets and gain market share for joint replacement products in assigned territory
- Build and maintain business relationships with surgeons, healthcare professionals, and hospital decision-makers
- Develop territory business plan aligned with corporate strategy with measurable outcomes
- Complete product certification courses (JR101 within 6 weeks, JR201 within 12 months) and train staff in theatre
- Meet all hip and knee replacement surgeons within territory and identify new customer opportunities
Compensation£33,300–£55,600 annual base; eligible for incentive compensation including bonus and commission
