Role summary
Avantor seeks a sales representative to sell products and services to clients within an assigned territory, identify new business opportunities, and manage customer relationships. The role involves consultative selling, account management, and collaboration with internal teams to achieve sales targets in the life sciences distribution sector.

What you'll be doing
- Deliver Avantor solutions to customers across assigned market segments and manage multi-customer territory
- Prospect and establish new customers by building sales pipeline and developing proposals demonstrating value
- Conduct consultative selling through needs analysis and recommendations across Avantor's product portfolio
- Build and sustain customer relationships, develop retention strategies, and ensure satisfaction
- Collaborate with sales management on territory plans, pricing strategies, and implementation of sales tactics
