Role summary

What you'll be doing

- Maintain data accuracy and quality across Salesforce, SAP, CPQ, and related business systems
- Identify process gaps and recommend workflow improvements to reduce manual effort and increase efficiency
- Coordinate with cross-functional teams across sales, finance, customer service, and logistics to resolve operational issues
- Prepare reports, dashboards, and process documentation to track status and support visibility for leadership
