What you'll be doing
- Manage distributor contracts, incentive tracking, and territory alignment for Sales Leadership
- Develop and maintain sales dashboards and reporting on revenue, pipeline, quota, and territory performance
- Analyze distributor and account-level performance to identify trends, risks, and growth opportunities
- Ensure data integrity in CRM systems and coordinate reporting cadence (weekly, monthly, quarterly)
- Deliver strategic insights to Sales Leadership to improve execution and resource allocation
Compensation$100,000 - $125,000 base with yearly bonus
