Role summary
Johnson & Johnson seeks a Sales Consultant for the Trauma division to develop surgeon and account relationships within the Houston North territory. The role involves prospecting, managing a sales book of business, providing case support, and driving product penetration across assigned accounts.

What you'll be doing
- Identify and qualify prospective surgeons and accounts; develop territory-specific selling strategies
- Drive product sales across assigned trauma portfolio and convert new business opportunities
- Build and maintain relationships with surgeons, OR personnel, and hospital stakeholders
- Provide case coverage support and educational in-services to surgeons and clinical staff
- Manage inventory, sales equipment, and promotional materials while addressing competitive threats
