- Develop and maintain surgeon and account relationships; support penetration with existing and new customers
- Provide technical troubleshooting, handle customer requests, and manage hospital billing and purchase orders
- Maintain inventory and equipment tracking; prepare sales reports and share marketplace insights with teams
- Educate customers on DePuy Synthes value proposition and differentiate products against competitors
